Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided in the corridors (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for residual waste). These are emptied daily. When you leave, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.

Please leave by 11 am. When you leave the apartment, please put the keys on the table and make sure you close the door behind you. Please note that we will charge 100 EUR if you lose your room key. You can check out later than 11 am by prior arrangement, up to 12 noon. Please contact our staff to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier, please let us know the day before so that we can optimise the deployment of our housekeeping team.

You are welcome to park your bike in our car park. If you would like to store a high-quality bike, please speak to a member of staff.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so that we can address it during your stay.

Would you like to explore the area without having to worry about your luggage? Give us a call before you arrive. We are happy to store your luggage in our luggage room before or after your stay. Please note that liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

You will find a selection of drinks at our reception during our opening hours.

We kindly ask you to observe the night-time rest period between 10 pm and 6 am. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the additional cleaning costs. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

We are happy to provide you with a free baby crib and high chair. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or ask our staff for assistance during your stay.

We would be happy to reserve a parking space for you in our garage for the duration of your stay. Please note that there is an additional charge of €15 per night and per car. You can conveniently pay the fee online in advance or upon arrival.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of 300 EUR will be incurred for special cleaning.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which will be provided clean and fully stocked. Please put the dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only when they are clean.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.
For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish and replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap. It also includes a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and cleaned, and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will incur a charge of at least EUR 25. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. You can find bed linen and towels in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about how to use them, please contact us.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing-up liquid, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you require any additional supplies. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

A fan is available free of charge for those hot summer days. If you require an additional one, please contact our staff.
