For additional persons, we charge €15 per night per person.

Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? Call us before you arrive or speak to us during your stay. We’re happy to store your luggage in our boot room before arrival or after departure. Liability is excluded. Please don’t leave any valuables in your bags.

You’re welcome to park your bike in our car park. If you’d like to store a high-value bike, please speak to our team.

Please check out by 11 am. When you leave the apartment, please leave the room card on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that we must charge a flat fee of €100 if the room card is lost. A later departure is possible until midday by prior arrangement. Please contact our team about this. If you’re leaving earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before, so our housekeeping can be scheduled optimally.

We’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before you arrive, or ask our team during your stay.

The apartment comes with a kitchen that is handed over clean and with the full set of equipment. Please only put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once they’re clean.

Please don’t shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a complimentary interim clean on request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, restocking toilet paper, coffee pods and soap, plus a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. An additional interim clean at your preferred interval is available for €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.

At departure, we kindly ask guests to leave the apartment swept and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will be charged according to effort, with a minimum of €25. As a deposit, we retain your credit card or passport details. This data is irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need an extra one, please contact our team.

Too cold for you? Please contact our team – we’re happy to bring a heater to your apartment.

We welcome suggestions and ideas for improvement. If anything isn’t to your satisfaction, please let us know right away so we can address it during your stay.
Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your departure day. An invoice will automatically be sent to your registered email address on the day of departure. You’ll receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Just let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

We’re happy to reserve a parking space in our garage for you for the duration of your stay. Please note that this incurs an additional cost of €15 per night per car. You can pay the fee conveniently online in advance, or at the latest when you arrive, via our team.

Pets are very welcome. For the extra cleaning involved, we charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

All our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to furnishings caused by burns at replacement value. The additional cost of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Many apartments have a sofa bed for additional guests. You’ll find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about it, feel free to get in touch.

The Messe Freiburg exhibition centre is just a few minutes away (approx. 0.6 km). The SC Freiburg football stadium is about a 35-minute walk (approx. 2.8 km) or a short tram ride away – ideal for trade fair visitors and football fans attending a home or away match.

Please dispose of waste in the bins provided in the hallways (yellow: plastic, green: paper, brown: general waste), which are emptied daily. On departure, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment – we’ll dispose of it during the final clean.
